Earlier this summer HECSU and Graduate Prospects published Real Prospects 2010. The only report to explore the reality of graduate employment, Real Prospects 2010 identifies some of the difficulties graduates have when they are applying for jobs and considers how employers could better support the graduates who work in their organisations.
The findings are drawn from the annual Real Prospects survey, which asks graduate employees to reflect upon their experiences of recruitment, selection and development. The report provides a unique insight into the experiences of more than 14,000 graduate employees, and we hope it will help everyone involved in graduate employment to gain a better understanding of the kinds of issues graduates face when they enter the workplace.
